What you will do

• Define the product's emotional and visual language through design, illustration, and motion.
• Create high-quality visual systems and interaction patterns for digital health journeys.
• Design and prototype micro-interactions and motion behaviors for iOS and Android platforms.
• Develop zero-to-one creative concepts, translating abstract ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure seamless asset integration.
• Refine lightweight animation workflows using tools like Lottie and Rive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, creative, or motion design for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, motion systems, and interactive experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and tools like After Effects or Jitter.
• Experience producing and shipping motion assets using Lottie or Rive.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and how motion influences user behavior.
• Must be based in the United States
