What you will do

• Provide architectural oversight and audit technical decisions to ensure system health and scalability.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, code quality practices, and high-performance delivery cadences.
• Take full accountability for the SDLC across multiple accounts, from planning to incident response.
• Manage capacity, velocity, and budgets for distributed teams of 8–15 engineers.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for CTOs and VPs of Engineering to align business goals with engineering priorities.
• Identify and propose high-impact technical solutions based on client roadmaps to drive account growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of building scalable systems.
• 3+ years in an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager role managing distributed teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Python, or Node.js for conducting deep-dive code reviews.
• Solid experience in Cloud-native, Microservices, and API design.
• Experience managing senior-level stakeholders (C-level/VP) in consulting or digital transformation environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for managing international client relationships.

Nice to have

• Direct delivery experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Exposure to Data platforms, AI/ML product delivery, or advanced DevSecOps practices.
• Background in large-scale Enterprise Digital Transformation programs.
