What you will do
- Manage customer tickets end-to-end from first response to resolution, ensuring no thread is left open.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues involving hardware, software, and algorithms.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams to coordinate repairs and replacements.
- Act as the voice of the customer to advocate for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- Accurately tag tickets to enable the gathering of meaningful product insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
- Available to work weekends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and determine root causes.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to translate technical concepts into clear guidance.
- Extreme attention to detail and a strong sense of customer empathy.
