Location: Remote (Must be based in one of the following US cities: Augusta, Buffalo, Dallas, Gilbert, Memphis, Sandy, or Tampa)
Salary: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers with enthusiasm and care.
- Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers and updating lienholder information.
- Guide customers through questions regarding insurance coverages and policy benefits.
- Improve policyholder retention by proactively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Must be based in the specified US locations.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong passion for helping others and solving user problems.
