Location: Remote (Must be based in Atlanta, Austin, Las Vegas, Miami, Richmond, Salt Lake City, or Scottsdale)

Salary: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do

  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers with enthusiasm and care.
  • Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers and updating lienholder information.
  • Assist customers with detailed questions regarding existing insurance coverages and policy benefits.
  • Work to retain policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US cities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Passion for helping others and delivering high-quality customer support.

Nice to have

  • Possession of a P&C license (the company will pay for the license if obtained within 60 days of starting).
