What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers with enthusiasm and care.
- Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers and updating lienholder information.
- Assist customers with detailed questions regarding existing insurance coverages and policy benefits.
- Work to retain policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Must be based in one of the specified US cities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Passion for helping others and delivering high-quality customer support.
Nice to have
- Possession of a P&C license (the company will pay for the license if obtained within 60 days of starting).
