Location: Missoula, Bozeman, or remote from Montana. Predominantly hybrid onsite and home office in Missoula; remote with manager approval after onboarding.
Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

What you will do
- Serve as main contact for customers via phone, email, SMS, or live chat.
- Master product suite to advise on usage and best practices.
- Resolve complex issues using provided tools.
- Document and share customer suggestions and issues for product development.
- Maintain high satisfaction while acting in customer’s best interest and upselling when beneficial.
- Advocate for solutions to customer-facing problems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in customer service or related role
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends during hunting season
- Customer-first mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to advocate
- Organized, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, quick thinker
Nice to have
- Experience with customer service software
- Call center experience
- Passion for outdoors
- Existing product knowledge
