What you will do

• Own revenue performance for the Las Vegas call center, including forecasts, pipeline health, and annual targets.
• Lead and coach frontline managers to ensure team performance and adherence to organizational standards.
• Design and execute sales strategies across inbound, outbound, upsell, and consultative channels.
• Analyze KPIs and funnel metrics to make data-driven adjustments in staffing and processes.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to align territories, quotas, and incentive plans.
• Lead change management and integration efforts, focusing on CRM standardization and job architecture alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years leading managers in high-volume call centers.
• Proven track record of owning large revenue targets and managing multi-team operations.
• Strong capability in sales operations, revenue drivers, and compensation plan mechanics.
• Expertise in call center operations, including lead routing, telephony, and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Position is onsite at the Las Vegas, NV office.
