What you will do

• Execute end-to-end purchasing transactions for categories such as Marketing, Cloud, and Tech.
• Review and verify requisitions, negotiate pricing and contracts, and issue purchase orders.
• Optimize P2P, Vendor Management, and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve performance or communication issues.
• Collaborate with corporate functional areas including Finance, Legal, IT, and Engineering.
• Analyze spend data and prepare concise reports and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of work experience in a purchasing or procurement department.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for high-volume, complex data sets.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States (Austin).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Marketing categories.
• Proficiency with Workday Strategic Sourcing or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of the P2P (Procure to Pay) daily process.
