What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Drive multi-technology demand creation for New Business Opportunities (NBOs) across the portfolio.
  • Align with global teams to convert NBOs into revenue through selected supply chain channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients by providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide insights on new product requirements specific to the ADS customer segment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in key account management within the Aerospace, Defense, Space (ADS) industry for North America.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
