What you will do
- Support customers, courier partners, and venues using live chat and phone.
- Monitor and ensure that daily delivery operations run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the support team and other internal departments to improve the support function.
Requirements
- Fluent in Serbian language and professional working proficiency in English.
- Customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset with great communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Capacity to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
