What you will do
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly across multiple channels.
- Master ShowingTime products and services to provide effective assistance.
- Apply support tools to document cases accurately and efficiently.
- Follow standardized processes while adapting to individual customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure service delivery.
- Promote additional products and services to enhance customer utilization.
Requirements
- Must be based in Serbia
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong background in de-escalating calls and resolving blocking issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
- Basic digital literacy and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
