• Follow standardized processes while adapting to individual customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure service delivery.
• Promote additional products and services to enhance customer utilization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Serbia
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong background in de-escalating calls and resolving blocking issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
• Basic digital literacy and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
