What you will do

  • Provide technical support to clients regarding hardware and software issues.
  • Resolve recurring or standard problems by applying troubleshooting checklists.
  • Coordinate with internal and third-party technicians to address complex faults.
  • Track incidents and report on performance metrics daily and weekly.
  • Configure and update hardware and software equipment.
  • Manage engineer appointment times and distribute workloads to meet SLAs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish and English (C1 level)
  • Basic PC literacy and understanding of Windows-based applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High school diploma.
  • Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
