TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Payments): Building payments infrastructure integrated directly into the real estate closing experience with an accent on end-to-end payment flows and new payment rails. Focus on defining a new product category, maximizing speed and value for customers, and iterating based on adoption data.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA). Offices available in San Francisco, Concord, and Austin.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end payments product strategy, from market assessment and vision to production shipping.
  • Partner with Design to craft a best-in-class payments experience tailored for real estate closings.
  • Integrate multiple payment rails, including ACH, Wire, RTP, and FedNow, to maximize speed and optionality.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Bank Partners to deliver high-impact features.
  • Maintain a prioritized roadmap and write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs).
  • Analyze adoption and engagement data rigorously to refine product priorities and iterations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building exceptional software products.
  • Proven experience building payments products utilizing ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks.
  • Proficiency in Agile Product Development methodologies and delivering products to market.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with a track record of using data to validate assumptions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with high-level decision-makers.
  • Must be based in the United States.
