What you will do

• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses to forecast risk and returns for customized investment vehicles, including hedge funds.
• Source and analyze new investment ideas and monitor existing portfolios to optimize performance and achieve client goals.
• Conduct operational due diligence to assess business risks, compliance, and infrastructure.
• Evaluate potential hedge fund investments based on performance metrics, strategies, and risk management.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations on market trends and portfolio changes for senior management and clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with hedge fund managers to stay informed about strategies and market views.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business with 1 year of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in identifying and evaluating capital markets data to formulate investment decisions.
• Expertise in analyzing investment management businesses, including financial viability and risk management practices.
• Ability to evaluate global asset classes, including stocks, bonds, options, forwards, swaps, and futures.
• Required certifications: FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 63, and FINRA SIE.
• Availability for approximately 10% domestic and international travel.
