What you will do

• Drive end-to-end strategic projects using industry data for growth strategy and internal data for throughput prediction and automation prioritization.
• Prototype AI modeling approaches like outcome prediction and optimization in collaboration with Engineering.
• Build unified user interaction models to define product roadmaps for consumers and providers.
• Create and iterate on data products for partners and participate in client engagements.
• Establish core data sources and metrics for real-time business insights.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on key business decisions balancing growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Based in New York for in-person work
• Advanced degree in quantitative field or 4+ years in analytics-heavy business role
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis; ability to learn new tools quickly
• Clarity in ambiguous problems, cross-functional leadership, and strategic impact
• Strong communication for internal and external interactions
• Track record of speed, resourcefulness, and high performance
