TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (B2B Marketing): Developing and executing regional marketing programs to generate awareness and drive qualified pipeline with an accent on sales alignment, event management, and lead conversion. Focus on optimizing the lead-to-opportunity funnel and coordinating integrated activations across cross-functional teams.

Location: Hybrid – three days per week in the Atlanta or Austin office. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to exceed lead, pipeline, and revenue goals for assigned sales pods.
  • Implement a diverse mix of tactics, including in-person and virtual events, webcasts, and targeted lead generation programs.
  • Drive integrated activations connecting sales, BDRs, and the global demand engine to optimize conversion rates.
  • Partner with field sales, channel sales, and customer success to align on messaging and lead follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Marketing team to scale local tactics and regional coverage.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize strategies and manage the regional budget with accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong command of demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Extensive experience in event management.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with ABM platforms like 6sense.
