What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of a major federally funded cohort study on cancer and chronic diseases.
• Act as the primary executive liaison and representative to federal clients and agency leadership.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams responsible for data collection, biospecimen management, and outcome validation.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal research regulations, including IRB, HIPAA, and Certificates of Confidentiality.
• Represent the organization at scientific conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications.
• Support business development by identifying new grant and contract opportunities.

Requirements

• United States citizenship required per federal contract terms.
• PhD, DrPH, or ScD in epidemiology, public health, or biostatistics (Master's considered with sufficient leadership experience).
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in complex epidemiologic or public health research programs.
• Subject matter expertise in chronic diseases, such as cancer or cardiovascular disease.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Proven record of peer-reviewed publications and involvement in scientific societies.
