What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day activities and pipeline management of the Corporate Loan Processing Team.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to enhance team productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Operations staff to communicate loan statuses and resolve issues.
• Perform detailed reviews of borrower credit, income, and assets prior to underwriting submission.
• Ensure strict compliance with RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Reg. B mortgage regulations.
• Manage team administration, including timekeeping, attendance, and loan file delegation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Proven experience in a Team Lead or Management role.
• Expertise in RESPA guidelines and consumer lending regulations.
• Proficiency with the Encompass LOS system.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available to work within Eastern and Central Time zone hours.
