What you will do

• Oversee the entire loan closing process for smooth and timely completions.
• Draft and organize loan documents, including mortgages and Deeds of Trust, in compliance with state regulations.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead and mentor closing analysts, managing their workload.
• Inspect documents and assemble funding packages for review.
• Grant final authorization for clear to fund.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written; all resumes must be submitted in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in closing operations.
• Effective communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
