What you will do

• Develop startup packages and maintain detailed startup schedules for plant equipment.
• Manage construction completion and coordinate turnover from startup to operations and final client delivery.
• Verify that systems are installed per design and confirm operational feasibility.
• Provide functional direction and supervision to discipline engineers, technicians, and craft support.
• Perform thorough system walk-downs to establish completion status and identify deficiencies.
• Ensure all activities adhere to safety and quality standards in a construction site environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant startup experience (preferred).
• OSHA 10 Hour Training certification.
• Knowledge of technical principles related to power plants and internal engineering tools.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor in extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
