Product Intern (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Canada

Pay range: $20–$25 CAD

What you will do

• Test features across mobile and web platforms before and after launch.
• Identify, document, and report bugs with actionable details and potential solutions.
• Evaluate user experiences and workflows to identify product improvements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher is required.
• Interest in product operations and strategy, with a willingness to learn and influence outcomes in a team environment.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer needs.
• Strong analytical, data visualization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of product management and agile methodologies.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, introductory SQL, or agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Understanding of UX principles and exposure to Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
