What you will do

• Test features on mobile and web platforms pre- and post-launch to ensure optimal functionality.
• Identify and report bugs with detailed, actionable information and proposed solutions.
• Evaluate user experiences and workflows to identify areas for UX improvement.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal QA processes and tools.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to translate product issues and user needs into technical requirements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with product management basics and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or introductory SQL.
• Understanding of effective UX principles.
• Exposure to design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with Jira or the Atlassian suite.
