Location: Remote within the UK, with the option to work from the London office and attend occasional meetings in London

Salary: £68,000–£88,000 per year, plus performance-based incentive awards

What you will do

  • Run and continuously improve localisation QA processes, including coverage tracking, journey inventories, priorities, severity levels, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with in-language editors, testers, product, engineering, and localisation partners to review translated experiences in live products.
  • Create reusable test cases, playbooks, test recipes, deeplinks, and other resources for complex product journeys.
  • Investigate blockers, reproduce issues, triage localisation bugs, identify duplicates, and route problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Support feature launches through localisation QA planning, in-product spot checks, regression testing, and risk reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to use automation, AI, and internal tooling to improve localisation QA efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in localisation QA, software QA, internationalisation, language operations, or a related area.
  • Experience testing mobile or web products and navigating complex user journeys.
  • Ability to organise repeatable processes, prioritise testing by customer impact and risk, and document findings clearly.
  • Experience investigating and reproducing issues, including providing build and device details, reproduction steps, screenshots or videos, and string identifiers.
  • Confidence collaborating with engineers, product managers, language specialists, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work remotely from within the UK and attend ad hoc meetings in London when required.
