What you will do

• Identify high-impact partnership opportunities across US ecosystems, including delivery platforms, mobility, fintech, and VC networks.
• Build and manage partner relationships, from initial sourcing and deal structuring to final launch.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Ops, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to scale partnership initiatives.
• Develop regional partnership strategies and playbooks to create replicable growth frameworks.
• Define KPIs and utilize data insights to optimize partnership performance and time to market.
• Represent the company externally to senior executives and build networks within the fintech and VC ecosystems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Consultancy, or fast-growth tech businesses.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related strategic role.
• Must be based in San Francisco and ready to travel across the country.
• English: Fully fluent (C1+).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
