What you will do

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure 100% equipment availability.
• Allocate and manage manpower resources for both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
• Supervise the corrective maintenance of machinery to minimize impact on production schedules.
• Manage maintenance staff to reduce equipment downtime and optimize production line operation.
• Source and maintain an adequate stock of spare parts and equipment for continuous operation.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance programs.
• Ability to efficiently manage technical maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of industrial standards including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Physical presence in Escobedo, NLE, Mexico is required.
