Maintenance Coordinator (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate human, technical, and financial resources for plant maintenance.
• Ensure machine, equipment, and facility availability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Manage electricity, water, compressed air, natural gas, and industrial gas utilities to ensure continuous supply.
• Supervise maintenance of buildings, roofs, green areas, lighting, access ramps, roads, and other infrastructure.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers, monitoring scope, schedules, costs, and safety compliance.
• Maintain compliance with applicable government permits and corporate, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating industrial maintenance and plant infrastructure activities.
• Knowledge of industrial utilities, including electrical power, water, compressed air, natural gas, and industrial gases.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and suppliers and verify safety, cost, scope, and schedule compliance.
• Knowledge of applicable government permits related to safety, civil protection, water, waste, emissions, electrical installations, and pressure systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance-related requirements under ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949.
