What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) from discovery and design through implementation and rollout.
• Translate ambiguous business and product problems into scalable, well-designed technical solutions.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, setting technical direction and unblocking execution.
• Design and develop production systems that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with long-term architectural goals.
• Partner with product and design leadership to influence roadmap decisions and ensure technical feasibility.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers through design reviews and informal coaching.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple services and teams.
• Strong full-stack design and development background (experience with MEAN stack preferred).
• Deep understanding of modern SaaS architectures, API design, and cloud-native deployment.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Newton, MA area.
• Must have valid US work authorization (the company is unable to sponsor employment visas).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
