What you will do

  • Resolve daily support tickets via Email, App Stores, and Social Media.
  • Maintain high service standards and provide effective solutions and alternatives to players.
  • Identify, analyze, and report trends of recurring issues and complaints to Product and R&D teams.
  • Proactively initiate projects to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-oriented role within a global company.
  • Native/mother tongue level of English (written and spoken) - required.
  • Experience working with support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • High level of interest in the mobile gaming field.
  • Tech-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
