Customer Service Agent: English - Morning Shift

Location: Remote Spain; candidates must reside in Spain. Schedule: 8:00 pm–4:00 pm, five days per week, with a 30-minute break.

What you will do

• Provide customer service by phone, email, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls and chats while resolving daily customer incidents.
• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
• Handle complaints, offer solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer interaction records, process accounts, and file documents.
• Support the Operations Department when incident volumes allow.

Requirements

• Previous experience in user support or customer service.
• High English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
• Fluent Spanish or English.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage simultaneous tasks, work with attention to detail, and meet time limits.
• Must reside in Spain.
