What You'll Do

• Review instant ticket prize structures for mathematical accuracy and discrepancies
• Enter, maintain, and validate game data across systems, spreadsheets, and documents
• Maintain sample ticket inventory and assemble marketing packets for customers
• Prepare customer deliverables including game rules and working papers
• Compile audit requests, organize records, and support compliance reviews
• Provide general administrative and operational support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years in administrative, office support, or customer service role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and basic math knowledge
• Clear written and verbal English communication
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks like standing/walking
