Focus on diagnosing complex technical issues, maintaining DoD security standards, and ensuring seamless IT operations for PEO Aviation.

Location: On-site in Huntsville, AL (Redstone Arsenal)

What you will do

  • Provide technical support to end-users for PC, server, and mainframe hardware and applications.
  • Diagnose, simulate, and resolve hardware and software issues to restore service.
  • Install, modify, and maintain computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, and high-speed printers.
  • Create training manuals and knowledge base articles to assist users and team members.
  • Monitor daily system performance and recommend software improvements.
  • Collaborate with systems engineering and network services to address core technical problems.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • IAT2 - CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD IAT Level II Certification
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, networking protocols, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot physical computer components and peripherals.
  • AA degree or 2 years of technical school education.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
