What you will do
- Provide technical support to end-users for PC, server, and mainframe hardware and applications.
- Diagnose, simulate, and resolve hardware and software issues to restore service.
- Install, modify, and maintain computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, and high-speed printers.
- Create training manuals and knowledge base articles to assist users and team members.
- Monitor daily system performance and recommend software improvements.
- Collaborate with systems engineering and network services to address core technical problems.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- IAT2 - CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD IAT Level II Certification
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, networking protocols, and cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot physical computer components and peripherals.
- AA degree or 2 years of technical school education.
Nice to have
- Experience with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
