TL;DR
Client Support Engineer 1: Perform implementation, integration, and support of computer systems in mission-critical response operations with an accent on workstation setup, network configuration, and first-level customer support. Focus on installing OS, running diagnostics, repairing equipment, and escalating unresolved issues.
Location: Fairfax office 5 days per week (onsite, rotating 24/7/365 schedule)

What you will do
- Unbox, inventory, set up, and deploy workstations with default configurations and hardware installations.
- Install OS, image systems, configure for networks, apply updates and scripts.
- Run diagnostics, repair, and test computer equipment and devices.
- Act as first-level support: resolve customer technology problems, identify root causes, and monitor requests.
- Escalate and document unresolved issues to higher support levels.
- Maintain service tickets and time entry information.
Requirements
- Some college or equivalent experience; technical coursework.
- Entry level with prior technical support experience in business environment.
- Windows OS experience; hands-on knowledge of networks and computer systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; tactful customer interactions.
- Strong team player; ability to work independently and coordinate efforts.
- Previous customer service experience; willingness to learn new technologies.
