What you will do
- Acquire and reactivate landlords via cold calling to build your client portfolio and property inventory.
- Onboard and educate customers on products to accelerate their success.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize value and customer experience.
- Negotiate with customers for account growth, upselling, and revenue optimization.
- Collect and deliver customer feedback using a data-driven approach.
- Develop sales skills to increase personal and business impact.
Requirements
- Native Italian speaker and above-average English.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with cold calling.
- Results-driven, eager to learn, and ownership-oriented.
- Student or recent graduate available full-time for at least 3–6 months starting ASAP.
- Must work onsite from Rotterdam HQ, 40 hours/week.
