What you will do

• Discover promising creators and build long-term professional relationships.
• Guide creators through the onboarding process as a trusted partner.
• Help creators utilize platform tools, product updates, and analytics to grow their audience.
• Manage and organize the creator pipeline using CRM tools to track interactions.
• Surface clear insights and creator needs back to the product team to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in high-volume, relationship-driven roles like recruiting, sales, or account management.
• Proven experience in outbound outreach (email, DMs) and consistent follow-up.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and spreadsheets for pipeline tracking.
• Working familiarity with platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and hirify.global.
• Must be based in Washington D.C.
