What you will do

• Monitor and reconcile daily payment flows and investigate payment exceptions.
• Perform daily bank NOSTRO reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and mitigate payment clearing and settlement risks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide training to new team members.
• Develop requirements for payment enhancements and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk functions to design and implement new payment rails.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payment settlements or treasury operations at a G-SIB.
• Experience with payment schemes: ACH, Fedwire, RTP, or SWIFT.
• Knowledge of payment network rules (FRB, NACHA, ECCHO, CHIPS) and formats (ISO 20022).
• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
