What you will do

• Track and maintain financial impacts of agreement awards and modifications within Other Transaction Agreement programs.
• Process invoices and facilitate vendor payments according to milestone schedules and contractual requirements.
• Reconcile monthly statements and transactions to maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Collaborate with government customers and internal teams to manage program funding receipt and availability.
• Ensure all financial data is accurate, complete, and maintained for audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 1+ years of financial, accounting, or contracting experience specifically with federal contracts.
• Must be located in the DC Metro Area (MD, VA) for onsite work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal financial systems.

• Direct experience working with DFAS and WAWF.
