What you will do

• Execute buy and sell side diligence engagements for corporate finance clients.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, and working capital trending.
• Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, and client presentations.
• Supervise and delegate project tasks across engagement teams.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client stakeholders to achieve engagement objectives.
• Assist in marketing, client pitches, and the development of the consulting practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in constructing 3-statement financial models and scenario analyses using Excel.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to develop recommendations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with senior management.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
• Technical GAAP accounting expertise.
• Experience with financial research tools such as Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
