Salary: USD 150,000–225,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support strategic mergers and acquisitions and divestments across the full deal lifecycle, including target identification, due diligence, financial modeling, and deal management.
• Negotiate and execute strategic investments across the fintech and financial services ecosystem.
• Develop and execute business plans for new and existing strategic organic initiatives.
• Partner with business units and senior firm leadership on high-impact strategic priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of investment banking, corporate development, or similar experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in the financial services industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet competing deadlines, synthesize information, and form independent judgments.
• Ability to solve complex financial and strategic challenges, including macroeconomic forecasting and individual stock analysis.
