What you will do

• Lead complex cybersecurity engagements, including architecture reviews, compromise assessments, and tabletop exercises.
• Serve as the primary SME and point of contact for consulting clients across electric, oil and gas, water treatment, and manufacturing verticals.
• Develop Scope of Work (SOW) and Rules of Engagement (ROE) documentation and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Convert insights from customer engagements into research projects and playbooks to fuel platform advancement.
• Mentor teammates and serve as a leadership resource for the professional services organization.
• Represent the company through outreach efforts such as webinars, whitepapers, and conference presentations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, including delivering professional services or consulting engagements.
• Deep expertise in ICS/OT cybersecurity, including system architectures, risks, threats, and relevant frameworks.
• Direct, practical experience operating in ICS/OT environments such as industrial plants or operator settings.
• Technical proficiency with OT assets (PLCs, HMIs, RTUs), networking protocols (Modbus, DNP3), and tools (Zeek/Bro, Wireshark).
• Proven ability to analyze network and host data to identify malicious or anomalous activity.
• Must be based in the United States.
