What you will do

• Scale endpoint security across the organization, including laptops and cloud endpoints using MDM, EDR, and XDR solutions.
• Evaluate and maintain cloud security tooling and manage container vulnerability processes.
• Design and implement network segmentation strategies to reduce risk exposure and improve security boundaries.
• Own corporate access management, credential best practices, and identity governance.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical lead for cross-functional security initiatives.
• Develop and enforce security policies to evolve the firm's overall security posture.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure security, security engineering, or IT security.
• Solid understanding of networking, operating systems, and cryptography fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions and EDR/XDR tooling.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure security and vulnerability management.
• Experience securing SaaS environments and internal collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing CSPM solutions.
• Knowledge of sandboxing, container isolation, or secure execution environments.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting distributed or global workforces.
• Fluency in Russian.
