What you will do

• Partner with clients to map business goals to activation strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, leveraging Amazon DSP for high-intent audiences.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex campaigns, integrating social storytelling and programmatic efforts.
• Analyze data for consumer insights, optimize for long-term value and attribution models.
• Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks for creative, audience, and bidding on platforms like TikTok.
• Act as strategic consultant, translating platform updates into business opportunities in reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to harmonize social and DSP efforts, maximizing reach.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years in digital media optimization with hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of YouTube/Google Ads and video activation.
• Experience with Amazon DSP or similar for full-funnel and retail media.
• Ability to develop activation strategies combining creative, data, and algorithms.
• Advanced analytical skills to turn data into strategic narratives using Excel or BI tools.
• Self-starter for managing complex workloads in fast-paced environment.
