What you will do

• Deliver polished, creative copy to support global product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Craft and publish content across landing pages, videos, social media, webinars, and customer case studies.
• Manage blog and website content, optimizing for search visibility (SEO) and user experience.
• Contribute to the development of global brand and style guidelines and templates.
• Collaborate with designers, motion designers, and video teams to produce cohesive brand assets.
• Adopt and document AI tools to support creative production at scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of English copywriting or brand experience.
• Ability to write compelling, strategic copy and bold taglines with high attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong empathy for merchants and a passion for storytelling.
• Must be based in Ontario or British Columbia, Canada.

Nice to have

• Fluency in European languages (UK English, French, German, or Dutch).
• Experience in a fast-paced agency or SaaS marketing environment.
• Proficiency with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO, AI-driven search, and CRO best practices.
