What you will do

• Research, write, edit, and optimize website content using AI and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with digital teams to identify SEO opportunities and increase web traffic and engagement.
• Prepare content for publication, including image research and optimization for readability and searchability.
• Manage the end-to-end execution and writing of monthly newsletters.
• Perform competitor content analysis and ensure all content aligns with accessibility and EDI perspectives.
• Maintain back-end systems and copydecks for orderly site maintenance and content tracking.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting digital content.
• Strong writing skills for blogs and articles.
• Knowledge of digital media, including SEO and user journeys.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively while recognizing their limitations.
• Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
• Experience in marketing or the not-for-profit sector.
