What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of production-ready AI and generative AI solutions.
• Build and operate scalable AI services leveraging Python and Azure AI platforms.
• Develop and optimize LLM and RAG‑based solutions beyond proof-of-concept.
• Establish and own MLOps and GenAIOps practices, including CI/CD and lifecycle management.
• Deploy and manage containerized AI services using Kubernetes and AKS.
• Mentor other engineers and collaborate with product, architecture, and security stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive hands‑on experience building and running production AI and machine learning systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of ML evaluation fundamentals.
• Proven track record of delivering generative AI solutions using LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Expertise in Azure AI services and designing solutions for regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK.
