What you will do

• Develop AI/GenAI tools for validation, testing, explainability, and monitoring.
• Create prototype pipelines and frameworks for AI/GenAI model testing.
• Build and maintain reusable code libraries to automate model documentation and risk assessments.
• Monitor and integrate emerging technologies such as LLMOps, RAG pipelines, and agent toolkits.
• Develop benchmark testing templates and reporting dashboards to streamline assurance.
• Collaborate with CCOR teams regarding data risks, cyber security, and supplier management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI Model Development/Validation or a relevant PhD.
• Numerate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex AI systems.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from one of the listed UK office sites (minimum 2 days per week).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Theoretical or hands-on experience with GenAI techniques.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, or Azure AI.
• Knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and SS1/23.
