What you will do

• Develop AI connectors and integrations for Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Snowflake, and Confluence.
• Build and maintain knowledge base pipelines, MCP integrations, and API connections to power internal AI tooling.
• Support internal teams in creating their own AI-powered data sources and workflows using rapid app builders.
• Contribute to the internal automation platform utilizing AWS Bedrock, n8n, and custom solutions.
• Collaborate with PMs to identify high-leverage opportunities, shipping quickly and iterating based on measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience shipping containerized software to Kubernetes.
• Proven experience building commercial AI tooling using LLMs, embeddings, and AI application patterns.
• Expertise in designing and building robust API integrations.
• Based in London for regular hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or other LLM provider APIs.
• Frontend development skills using Next.js or React for internal tooling.
