What you will do

• Handle bookkeeping duties, including updating receipts and payments in SAP B1 and Business Central during system migration.
• Perform bank reconciliations and generate supplier payments via DEFT software or banking portals.
• Manage weekly and monthly payroll, submitting data to ROS and the Zurich group pension portal.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from arranging interviews to managing day-to-day employee relations.
• Prepare employment contracts and offer letters, and conduct induction training for new colleagues.
• Maintain HR records using Employment Hero and Edays, providing month-end reporting for NEP UK.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR and Finance/payroll administration or relevant qualifications.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.
• Proficiency in utilizing HR systems and financial software.
• Ability to comply with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management System requirements.
