What you will do

• Manage monthly payroll for multiple EMEA countries using ADP Streamline, providing backup during absences.
• Prepare, validate, and submit payroll data to external providers for accurate and timely sign-off.
• Maintain payroll records, ensure disbursements, and handle employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, tax, SOX controls, and audit standards.
• Support month-end close and resolve audit matters.
• Build relationships with Finance, HR, payroll partners, and banks for smooth operations.
• Manage workloads, meet deadlines, and stay updated on local legislation.

Requirements

• Payroll, HR, or Accounting Technician qualification preferred.
• 2–3 years of multinational payroll experience, ideally in Shared Services Center (SSC).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, ADP payroll systems, and Time & Attendance tools.
• Fluent in English; French, German, or Italian advantageous.
• Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional relationship skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
