What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain the core backend services powering smart locker solutions.
• Proactively provide creative and practical solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems.
• Write scalable, testable, and well-organized code following SOLID principles.
• Identify and address system bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for architectural improvement.
• Contribute to the technical vision and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster an environment of continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency with NodeJs, Python, MongoDB, MQTT, and AWS.
• Proven track record of building web-based applications and APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control best practices, and testing strategies.
• Proficiency with logging, tracing, and monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Ability to transform ambiguous product requirements into concrete technical designs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go (the team is currently migrating parts of the solution to Go microservices).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
