What you will do

• Own features from technical design through completion and deliver on commitments.
• Build, maintain, and optimize REST APIs in Python-based SaaS applications.
• Collaborate closely with multicultural engineering teams to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver well-tested, high-quality code using CI/CD and container technologies.
• Contribute new ideas and techniques in a high-trust engineering culture.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken
• Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer building and maintaining SaaS applications
• Strong experience with Python and modern frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy)
• Experience with CI/CD (Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS)
• Curious growth mindset with passion for continuous learning

Nice to have

• Solid experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
• Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
