What you will do

• Lead delivery planning and execution for hardware programs from concept to launch.
• Translate product roadmap intent into executable delivery plans in collaboration with Hardware Product teams.
• Track schedules, dependencies, and milestones across engineering, manufacturing, and compliance workstreams.
• Coordinate with Asia-based suppliers to track deliverables and long-lead dependencies.
• Identify supply chain and compliance risks early and prepare mitigation paths for leadership review.
• Facilitate delivery forums and readiness checkpoints across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in program management or delivery roles, specifically with hardware initiatives.
• Proven experience supporting hardware development and launch within outsourced manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as payments, enterprise hardware, or compliance-driven products.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong organizational and dependency-management skills.
